LATINA, Inc. (Leading and Advocating Together In New Arenas) is a volunteer-based organization in Northeast Ohio that creates opportunities for personal and professional growth for the Latina and Hispanic women of today—and tomorrow.
“For Latinas, By Latinas”, our organization was established in 2002, creating a network aimed at highlighting, promoting and bringing recognition to professional Latina and Hispanic women in the region. We address career and professional challenges in a culturally and linguistically sensitive manner through high quality programs, workshops, symposiums and networking events.
Our network is comprised of more than 500 professional women with shared languages and cultures who are active contributors to the growth and success of the workplace, community and region.
